Refund Policy

1. General Refund Eligibility

We take pride in high-quality digital development and design. If we are unable to start work on your ordered project due to internal constraints, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.

2. In-Progress Custom Development Projects

For custom web design, application development, or SEO services where work has already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on completed milestones. Partial refunds are issued for unworked portions after deducting initial setup and labor costs.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain registration and third-party SSL certificate purchases.
• Digital downloads or source code already delivered and verified.
• Completed projects fully approved and signed off by the client.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at ask@zmmart.pk or message directly on WhatsApp (03496540488) stating your order details and reasons. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
